No payment is collected on this website at present, so no refunds currently arise. Before any paid registration opens, the full refund terms will be published on this page.

If IFI cancels a session, registered participants will be informed and offered another available session.

You can let us know at any time if you can no longer attend, using our Contact Us page.

If paid registration is introduced and you are charged twice, or money is debited for a failed payment, contact us and we will investigate with the payment provider.

Use our Contact Us page and include your name, registered email, WhatsApp number, session date and, for payments, the transaction reference.
